The communication with the host has been fast and nice; we had a problem and he moved to solve the issue as quickly as possible, finding a compromise to make us happy. We appreciated that a lot! Furthermore, there is a washing machine tumble dryer available for the guests, very useful. To improve: cleanliness of common spaces and room and add a hair dryer in every room would be ideal

Adequate cleanliness and provisions. Nothing too fancy but no problems. Main issues are not enough outlets, lack of AC, and the gaps in the shower walls causing water to leak on floor. Bedding is comfortable and neighborhood is quiet. Kitchen comes in handy. Opening the door to leave can be annoying because there is a pinchpoint where the lock is (I scraped myself exiting the hotel once). Just a heads up: nearest metro stop is a 17 min walk!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH HOMA HOTEL. Our trip was ruined and we lost $300 due to their complete lack of service and communication. We booked via Expedia and never received the promised check-in link. Upon arrival, the hotel was locked, unmanned, and only offered an AI phone system that never called back. We spent two days trying every contact method—emails, texts, calls—all led to dead ends. Expedia couldn’t connect with the hotel either. A week later, the hotel called me "disrespectful", demanded a five-star review and a month’s wait before even considering a refund.

Communication was horrible and we were locked out/ had to find another last-minute hotel. We were informed the day before arrival that they, supposedly, had attempted “multiple times” to contact us. There were no calls, no messages, and no emails from them. We then tried to contact them to receive check in information, but they didn’t respond to messages for a day and a half, and we were left locked out of the property. Found another hotel last minute. Never checked into this place. Expedia even had a hard time contacting them. No refund, not even a part of the money we spent on this place was given back. Pretty much a scam. Unbelievable that this is listed through a “trustworthy” company.

This place was nice and very quiet. It had free access to laundry and easy access to transit and had a kitchen for use. My only complaint was the room and building was extremely cold without independent heat control for my room.

Save yourself a headache, stay somewhere else!

Worst hostel stay ever. Room is NOT air conditioned, in fact the air conditioning "control panel" on the wall is fake and ours literally fell off the wall. We walked into a sweltering hot room and a USED PAINT CAN holding our room window open, so the room was also full of mosquitoes. The stand up fan provided was broken, made a VERY loud noise and kept us up along with the heat. The toilet handle was hanging off. The overhead light blinked constantly. The fan in the bathroom was broken and loud. I emailed the hostel SEVERAL TIMES, no response at all. Not only that, I was still receiving automated emails from them asking how my check in went and threatening extra fees for late checkout. I tried replying to those as per the instructions, no reply. We didn't sleep at all. I tried the hotels.com customer service, who said the phone number for this place is DISCONNECTED. I've never had a worst experience ever, I still had to pay for this stay even though the room had several broken elements and they lied about air-conditioning. Hotels.com wouldn't reimburse me for the unfortunate night spent there, either. Do yourself a favour, steer clear of this place. It's terrible!

For your own good, stay away. Book somewhere else, except if you want a very cheap not so clean airbnb style small chamber. My experience was terrible. First the owner will not great you and only communicate through email. You will grab the key alone in a box at the entrance. After you will enter on a open space not cleaned at all, with garbage bin full and smelling not too good. The worst part was that the room I had no AC and no windows I could open. During my trip, it's was heat wave there. I'll let you imagine how I sweet and was lacking of air in the night. The day after I book somewhere else for the rest of my trip. So I end up paying two stays, but the second was way better. I had air to breath...

Comme à la maison

Super séjour, un vrai petit cocon. Après des journées bien remplies c’était très appréciable de retrouver la chambre et la cuisine très fonctionnelle. Le quartier est également très agréable avec un très bon marché et une piscine gratuite juste à côté. Le métro est à 10 minutes à pied ainsi que l’impressionnant stade olympique et sa tour. Le gérant et la personne qui gère le ménage sont disponibles et très gentils.
