"Great overall - except the conditioner bottle in the bathroom was filled with shampoo, and the staff didn't seem to understand the difference between the two when I raised the issue, and tried to tell me they're both supposed to be the same thing (the clearly marked labels on the bottles begged to differ).
This isn't something I would usually mind had I prepared in advance for there to be no conditioner, but we were advertised that there would be both available. Just annoying I wasn't able to...

"Great location, good facilities, thankful for the air con and the shared laundry facilities!!
Other travellers commented about the noise, and yes it is an old property and noise travels from other apartments.
However for us it was reasonable and we didn’t need the complementary earplugs.
We couldn’t hear any street noise from our room either."

"There are outdoor terraces with a little seating. The space could be much more accommodating with just a little additional seating, lighting, and plants.
No issues or complaints with the condition, layout, operation, or comfort of the studio I was in."

"we really enjoyed this cozy, modern apartment in the heart of one of Montreal’s most interesting neighborhoods. We were well positioned for all of our sightseeing and enjoyed the local bars and restaurants. The place was clean and well appointed - the management was wonderful and responsive. My only note is Apt. 10 is located up two sets of steep stairs and may be hard for some to access."

"Small quiet apartment in a building on the Plateau. Great area, very cute. Appears recently renovated and recent appliances. Great to have a washer in your suite so you can pack in carry on bag! All kinds of shops and restaurants close by!"
