"The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was ok, could have done with more fruit options.The location was very ideal, not far from the train station. The staff were very helpful especially Rafa.
However, it was let down by lack of access key to our room throughout our stay there due to IT issues."

"Le lit n est pas fait,la chambre pas nettoyee. Bon accueil a la reception. Petit dejeuner tres moyen, avec des moments ou il n y a plus rien et on est obliger de demander. Spa tres bien et accueil sympathique. En fait il manque un management qui controle plus, heureusement que les employes font leur possible."

"Hotel is awful, mould on walls, thin walls meaning you hear everything including an incredibly loud lift which seems to go every 2 minutes, breakfast was horrible, shower would randomly become scolding hot every 30 seconds or so. The sockets by the wall didn’t work. Stayed in avoid 40 hotels this year and this was by far the worst. “4 star” absolute joke "
