"The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the stay. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were impeccably clean. The room was much smaller than expected, but there was enough room for my wife and I. We maybe could have fit one more. "The hotel was very nice and in a good location. What really made our stay special was the staff. They were excellent. My husband had left his phone in the taxi that brought us to the hotel, of course we were upset but Morgan went above and beyond contacting the driver multiple times to bring us the phone. "Loved the location and the foyer. The breakfast was not worth what it cost and otherwise we didn’t eat there so can’t comment.
Our room (203) was great. Huge bed, very comfy. Bathroom (shower only) was small but perfectly adequate. V nice. And 203 has a fabulous balcony overlooking the street - loved that.
Only small gripe with hotel is that yesterday evening we arrived back hot and tired and really fancied a small beer each to have as we washed, rested and changed to go out. Only one staff...

"This hotel is located in great location - basically 5 minutes away from St-Lazare subway station. Overall staff were curteous, efficient and always on top of things. Rooms were clean and of decent size. I would suggest not overpaying for a room at this hotel as it offers only very basic amenities. Elevators can only fit 2 people with luggage. Overall i would visit again. Wi-Fi not ideal. AC fully functional."
