"The Hotel Grillon’s owners and staff are very friendly and helpful towards their guests. The breakfast was delicious, esp the homemade jams, brioche and cookies. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and have been recently updated. This hotel is in walking distance to the beach and town. The only annoyance was the shared parking in the private passage. Hard to find a space and even harder to turn around! Aside from the parking, I recommend this good value hotel. "

"Disappointed with our stay. Room had an ant problem. Emilie had promised to arrange us a taxi the following morning to Calvi airport and no taxi was arranged. Reception weren't hugely bothered by the ants. For the money paid, I am sure there must be nicer options. "

"Welcome was a bit underwhelming. No staff on site. The arrangements for collecting keys may have worked if other guests hadn’t been leaving as we arrived and insisted on locking the front door before we had our own keys. Peaceful night. Yet to see any staff. Short walk to town. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower room. "
