"Hotel was great. Clean. Management was very rude. Tried to charge $75 for our dog when website says $50 charge for one dog. The manager tried to argue that Expedia should have updated their website and wanted to argue with me. Then he told us to get our dog out of lobby, even though there was another dog in the lobby. Won’t be staying here again!!!"

So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. The pool is tiny just in case you might want to use it. We didn't. Also, the pool is right by the elevator and the floor stayed wet. There were lots of loud preteens running around.
