"Our room was spacious and very well designed. The bathroom was magnificent - large with 2 sinks, a free-standing bath tub and a glass-enclosed shower. Two walls were constructed of stones and bordered with centuries' old wood beams. The window was stained glass. "

"We traveled around France, and stayed at multiple places. This, by far, was the highlight. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. We opted for breakfast and I'm glad we did. It was superb. The hotel offered a wide array of items, including: eggs and bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt, sliced meats, crudités, and fresh pastries. Everything was fresh and nicely prepared, including the coffee, which was excellent."

"The hotel is located right by the cathedral on a very busy and touristy town square. It’s close to all types a restaurants and shopping. Very quick walk to petit France area as well. The basic room we stayed in was cleaned daily and had decent space and big French windows that let in a spectacular breeze. Because of the proximity to the cathedral you will hear church bells often! Breakfast was nice. Overall a very nice hotel with friendly staff and pretty quiet despite how much traffic is around...

"This is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. I have no idea who gives ratings for this hotel, but i was disgusted by the awful sewage smell in the hallways and the rooms are dated, with terrible furniture and configuration. Breakfast for €35 euro was nothing short of ripoff and had the worst food selection i have seen in French hotels including terrible, tasteless pastries which France is famous for. I dinned at their fancy restaurant which is looking to get their 1st Michelin. I must see the chef...

"Such a cute different hotel 5 min walk across train station plaza. Trams and buses right there! Well designed very clean, cheerful room, with good bed and bath. We had a medium sized room which was comfortable for 2. We appreciated the self serve coffee bar on the main floor, open all the time. Breakfast was excellent in terms of selection offered. It was a bit chaotic though. It felt like breakfast ladies simply could not keep up - maybe more help is needed?"

"I'm not sure how this is a 4 star hotel with such a poverty of amenities. There is effectively no fitness center (just a couple of treadmills), and the TV in each room is basically inoperable (staff could not figure it out). "

"A lovely place to stay. We were on the top floor with original post and beam from the 17th century. We arrived later in the day and the front desk manager gave us a fine dinner recommendation. A short walk from the hotel we had a fabulous French meal with excellent service. Highly recommend the the stay as it is in among the period houses and just across the river from the old tiwn"

"Excellent staff, some information was a little misleading-be sure to confirm what you are told. We don’t speak French so we take responsibility. The room was tiny - could hardly fit our suitcases. Bathroom was not private and was also tiny - the shower did not have a rim around it so water drifted into the bathroom space, fortunately we noticed and had no belongings on the floor."
