"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The floors were visibly dirty and disgusting, the bed sheets had noticeable stains, and there was no hot water during our stay. The staff were also difficult to find at check-in, as they were by the pool rather than at the entrance. We understand that Costa Rica is a Spanish-speaking country and have no issue with that, but for a hotel located near the airport, we expected at least some basic English communication to assist with check-in and hotel...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and we never felt otherwise during our stay. The building itself is a bit worn and has more of a hostel-style feel. While that may work well for some travelers, we were personally hoping for more of a bed-and-breakfast atmosphere"

"The hotel was more beautiful in person than in the photos!!! Check in was super easy and the room was spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was great and the food truck area right outside the hotel was a plus. Travelled for my birthday and the friendly front desk staff even surprised me with a mini cake and a signed birthday card to the room☺️"

"This property was great! It was clean, great location, very comfortable and terrific staff. Restaurants and casino was just a brief walk away. The breakfast provided was excellent, as well. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Really disappointed with this stay. Deluxe double room was cramped, nothing like in the pictures. Furniture in need to a good clean, it stains on seats etc. Room smelt damp and the skirting was full of dust/hairs. Pool was filthy, full of leaves and mouldy scum floating in it. However we found the steak restaurant really good. Wouldn’t stay again."

"An excellent option for a reasonably priced hotel near the airport and with free shuttle service. We were thrilled to discover that breakfast service starts at 5:30 am - a real Bonus when you have an early international flight! The dinner we had at the restaurant was very good, but the buffet breakfast was just okay."
