"We had a bit of confusion trying to enter the property initially as there were 2 monitors on the door. Communication with host was immediate and effective. This location was perfect for us: quiet, close to the lively pedestrian zone with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The Old Town of Quebec was very walkable from this location.
This was our first experience with keyless entry and no staff on site. It worked quite well once we figured it out."

"Complicated visit. Facility was very nice and location was very handy. As others have noted the area has a very high level of unhoused folks due to a soup kitchen directly across the street - this resulted in some level of street activity we would have preferred not to experience but it was not in fact threatening or actively dangerous, just not desired. There were excellent restaurants immediately nearby. Encountered some difficulty working with customer service due to our mutual lack of...

"Odd layout and a few niggling details. One bedroom upstairs with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. One bedroom downstairs with the entrance, laundry and bathroom. A nighttime trip to the bathroom from upstairs rattled the spiral staircase and woke everyone. A full kitchen with zero cutting board to use. The heat pump ran so loudly it could not be left on overnight. The laundry smelled vaguely of stagnant water. Great location though and easy in / out access."
