"This was the highlight of all 6 of our hotel stays in France! The castle and grounds are beautiful! Would recommend planning time to walk and explore them. We stayed in the detached building and it was very clean, modern, and high quality. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. We hope to return."

"Nous avons du nous plaindre"

"You get what you pay for and F1 hotels are definitely budget. This hotel is in need of a refurb, but it is good value. Staff are friendly, parking is great and breakfast traditional french continental, but fine and all you can eat."

"Very clean, great location, and unique layout around a central courtyard. The standard rooms are small with what would be closer to a 'double' bed in North America, so if you need more space go with the larger rooms and beds--it was perfectly adequate for our needs. Very close to the Chateau, main shopping and market area, restaurants and the wonderful park paths for walking. "Beautiful hotel and location. Highly recommend."

"The location is fantastic - with views of the Fontainebleau Chateau and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room was elegantly appointed, very clean, and thoughtfully presented. The beds were very comfortable and the room contained eerything we needed. We easy found uber rides to get to Vaux le Vicompte and Barbizon. Our host Philip and his brother were perfect hosts, this hotel having been in their family for 3 generations - they have kept it traditional and yet have...

"Väldigt fint rum och fräscht."
