Staff were friendly, breakfast was hearty, the room and linens were clean, and the price was so reasonable. "The location was amazing, the hotel was fantastic! It was worth at least a few days, but I ended up staying one more day. I tried to book the shuttle to the hotel, and I received no response, which was my only qualm. However, I just took an Uber, so it wasn't a big deal. They helped me with a driver back to the airport, though, for a good price. Breakfast was good and the staff are great! They lock the door at night, all you have to do is ring the bell and they come open it , the location only...

"This hotel was perfectly located - walkable to everything in La Candelaria, as well as close to Plaza Bolivar and all the best museums. The staff were wonderful - they took wonderful care of me and the breakfasts were great.
