This stay was perfect, the gentleman looking after the hotel that evening went the extra mile to ensure we had what we needed after there was a mix up with the booking. We had a lovely meal, the accommodation was very comfortable and clean and we’d happily stay again

The hotel has let itself go quite a bit, but apparently the rooms were done over and the price was right, so I thought I would gove a It a go. When I arrived, first impressions weren’t good. The outside hasn’t been done over yet, and it looks rough. However: service at the reception was excellent and indeed the rooms were like new. A comfortable bed, good cushions and quiet. Waht more would you want for a stop-over? There is a KFC next door so you cab eat something if you want. The hotel on the other side of the road, Brit Hotel, which is part of the same operation, has a restaurant too. I was expecting the usual French hotel restaurant thing there (i.e. not much) but this morning it smelled fantastic and fresh with a lot better quality then I expected ( that hotel also needs a make over). So in short: if you looks past the outsides, all very good!

La chambre était trop froide. J’ai demandé à la dame à l’accueil d’augmenter la température, elle l’a réglée à 24 °C, mais nous n’avons ressenti aucune différence. En retirant maladroitement un drap, nous avons constaté que beaucoup de saleté était cachée dessous. Le petit-déjeuner était très limité : pas d’œufs, seulement un peu d’emmental, de la confiture, des croissants et des pains au chocolat. En revanche, le personnel à l’accueil, aussi bien le soir que le matin, était gentil. Mis à part le froid, le matelas était confortable.

Petit déjeuner avec des produits pas tous très qualitatifs. Chambre bien, mais tout est mal insonorisé je ne pouvais même pas mettre la TV de façon à l'entendre, sans gêner les voisins qui cognaient sur le mur ( je ne porte pas d'appareil auditif je précise). Première nuit nickel car je n'avais pas de voisin. Lumière un peu trop tamisée pour le soir...

Tres bon accueil.

Hotel tres bien, calme. On est tres bien accueilli de jour comme de nuit. Très propre. Petit dejeuner avec choix sale et sucré pour seulement 8.20 euros. C est sur si je revenir a Troyes je reviens dans celui-ci. Je recommande. Merci encore pour l accueil a 22h.

Hôtel très agréable. Le personnel de la réception extrêmement attentif au moindre détail. Les chambres sont très bien meublees avec une excellente literie. Chambre et salle de bains très propres ainsi d'ailleurs que les communs de l'hôtel . La nourriture est d'un rapport qualité prix très appréciable. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir.

Excellent accueil à la réception Hôtel neuf, très propre au calme Chambre et literie très bien Sanitaire et douche irréprochables Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’ascenseur mais les étages se montent aisément (sauf si on a de grosses valises ) Parking pas fermé mais endroit qui semble calme Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour l’accueil, la propreté et la facilité de stationnement (Restaurants la boucherie et un kfc à côté)
