J'avais téléphoné pour connaitre les heures d'accueil. On m'a répondu qu'il y aurait quelqu'un jusqu'à 21h. Je suis arrivé vers 17h et il y avait bien 2 personnes mais elles ont refusé de s'occuper de l'accueil qui devait être fait sur un écran qui dysfonctionnait. Très mauvais premier contact. Pour le reste c'est du bas de gamme mais on le sait quand on voit le prix. L'hotel est situé dans une ZA complètement morte.

Chambre horrible au niveau insonorité et isolation gros courant d'air et la route ultra bruyante comme si la route était devant la porte. Parking très sombre !

Réveillée par le chant des oiseaux !

L'endroit est plutôt calme... j'ai été réveillée par les chants des oiseaux ! Plus agréable que le bruit de la circulation, comme parfois dans ces hôtels près des grandes villes ! L'endroit est arboré, très agréable ! Le lit était un peu dur, mais peut convenir à certains, j'en conviens !

Agent d’accueil qui ne vous dit pas Bonjour et qui fume devant la porte. Seuls les agents d’entretien sont sympathiques et accueillants. Pommeau de douche cassé et rouillé depuis des années mais l’accueil fait semblant d’être étonné.

Équipement insuffisant.

C'est la première fois que nous choisissons cet classe d'hôtel. Nous avons été déçu du manque d'équipement. Une seule prise électrique disponible ! Nous avions une glacière à maintenir en froid pour la suite du séjour... des portables à recharger et utiliser un rasoir électrique ! Pour le lavabo même oas de savon pour se laver les mains (un distributeur mural serait utile). La literie : le matelas OK mais pas les oreillers. HM

Primero no tenia resepcion,solo una maquina de self check in despues no elevador ni es conveniente para personas con discapacidad ni personas de la tercera edad, por ultimo tenia CHINCHES es muy desagradable levantarse y ver esos bichos en tu cama!!!!!
