"The desk clerk changed rooms at the last minute to try to be helpful, however the "new" room had not been cleaned fully and the shower lever would not mix hot and cold water, so no shower possible. Coffee maker was not cleaned, and the room smelled a bit like smoke, though it was a non smoking facility. I asked desk clerk for a discount due to all of this, haven't heard back o n it."

"When I checked in, the person checking me in was too busy talking to someone on their ear pods that the only thing she said to me was asking for my ID. My card key would not work and had to go back twice and she finally activated another card and walked with me to the door to make sure it worked. The room I found out later had small flies and spiders in it. I didn’t realize it until the next day because I was so tired fr driving. I had a funeral to go to was the only reason I didn’t check...

"We came for a quick sleep. The only reason I gave the rating I did was mainly the outside of the building. It looked a little rough, worn, and in weird sections. I will say that when i made the reservation, the woman that answered was extremely helpful and very pleasant. When we arrived it was locked(lobby uses a window after hours), and it was very hard to hear the young lady at the window. This area looked worn and rough, but not terrible. I imagine the moisture from fogs and rains that roll...

"Enjoyed my trip but on the first day of staying the man that checked me in was a bit rude because I told him I done all my paperwork and card online. He then proceeds to tell me that there is a deposit that I had no idea about and still have yet to receive back and everything in the room was left the way it was when we got there. There was also a cockroach that ran across the floor and needless to say, it lost its life!"
