The property was very clean and very walkable. The restaurants and bar were very affordable and the food and drinks were delicious. The pools were clean and the service was great. I would Highly recommend staying there.

The grounds and hotel were stunningly beautiful with direct view of Arenal! Very relaxing environment. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious with local fruits and juices as well as many both sweet and savory options. Room was deluxe and bed super comfortable.

The property is within walking distance to the beach and pleasure activities such as zip lining, surfing, and hiking. There are many restaurants and gift shops within walking distance. The property is beautiful.

Ronaldo explained the maintenance process for the thermal pools, including their daily emptying, cleaning, and refilling, as well as the water source and overall upkeep of the hotel. Ronaldo and Jackie were fantastic, and everyone at the hotel was exceptionally kind.

Amazing stay at the hot spring, property is kept in great condition with welcoming and kind workers. I would recommend this hot spring to anyone who wants a relaxing stay and close distance to La Fortuna town. The hot springs are kept very clean and you have a beautiful view of the volcano.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The grounds were very nice and the hot springs at the hotel were super nice after a day of hiking. We liked the room and the porch and chairs outside of the room as well.

You won't regret staying here!

We loved this place! The grounds were stunningly beautiful with mature plants everywhere, rooms were lovely and comfortable, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was big with natural light. We got a wonderful couples massage and the food was really fresh and delicious. Staff all spoke good English and were friendly and helpful. We especially loved the coffee shop that overlooked the volcano.

We loved our stay at Paradise hot springs resort! The property is beautiful and the staff are so nice and helpful. I would recommend having a car to be able to drive to additional restaurants and attractions in the town of La Fortuna.

This property is very well maintained and the thermal pools were clean … my guests and I enjoyed them immensely. The coffee bar, overlooking Arenal was breathtaking. I will definitely come back with others
