"Nobody was about… it was deserted, no staff, no amenities and no care for the guests for the entire two-day stay! It was unbelievable - they only told us when we checked in on Sunday afternoon that there was no restaurant until a Thursday, through to Saturday; the receptionist then said she was going ..."

"Nos gustaron las actividades. Gimnasia, chikung, baile, etc Alguno del personal en recepcion podria ser mas simpático. La comida del restaurante buffet, ok. Faltaba algo de sentido común con indicaciones...en el balneario no te decían nada si no preguntabas, como q había hidromasaje, vaporizador, ..."
