We stayed at the property for 7 days on the second floor. The property itself was very nice. However, the service was not up to par. If you decide to eat there, make sure you have time and patience. expect a server to show up 5-10 minutes after, drinks take about 20 minutes, and your food appropriately another 40 mins. Truly expect to be sitting from start to finish a solid hour 30. There is no sense of urgency. The last day of breakfast, I had a question, the server left to ask their superior. We waited for 13 minutes, so we left to Puma (gas station) to get food. One of our rooms had rat fecal matter, no apology offered even after we showed the video. Just a “we can change your room.” The week we stayed it rained every single day at night, causing our second room to have a leak. Two things really left a sour taste in my mouth. You will notice a grey BMW parked in the valet area for our whole stay(assuming it’s an owner or managers car), besides the point. We were driving on the main road, at a complete stop and hear a car honking uncomfortably. As we continued driving, we see a car from our rear view mirror aggressively weaving through traffic. Guess who it was, the gray bmw with the same plates. They were driving like they stole the car. The second thing, we saw a female manager who apparently was a server yell at a housekeeper and talking down to her. Causing the worker to cry. She walks entitled around the property. Doesn’t greet guest and is always on her p
