Muchas gracias por sus comentarios y lamentamos mucho el volumen elevado de la música. Mencionar que el volumen de la música lo mantenemos en escala del 1 al 20 en 10 considerando ese volumen el aceptable, aún así existen muchos huéspedes que solicitan que se suba más y les explicamos nuestras políticas. Es un poco complicado pero aún así hacemos nuestro mejor esfuerzo por complacer a todos. Los desayunos no estan incluidos por el momento. La máquina de expresso estaba en mantenimiento en ese momento. Y con respecto a la llegada a la playa muy pronto iniciaremos un shuttle train service que llevara y traerá de regreso a todos nuestros huéspedes de la playa al hotel. Trabajamos duro todos los días para mantener el mejor servicio y atención. Saludos cordiales y esperamos verlos pronto.
