"Très bel hôtel pour le prix! Notre cambre était très spacieuse avec un foyer et une cuisinette super pratique. Le buffet de déjeuner est très basique mais correct pour éviter de payer un resto hors de prix. La piscine quoique petite était peu fréquentée donc très intime. L’eau du spa est très chaude. J’y retournerais certainement!"

"Our stay at the Fairmont was one of the most refreshing customer service experiences we have had in years. The staff were exceptional at helping us make our stay amazing. My, now fiancee, proposed to me while we were there and the lounge bartender helped oordinate with the concierge to arrange transportation to and from the proposal destination. We came back to the hotel welcomed by staff applauding for us! We've never felt so special! Would highly reccomend !"

"We stayed in one of the loft rooms so had two twins and a pull out couch. Plenty of room for two to four people. The kitchen had a medium size fridge and stove (with oven), microwave, kettle and coffee maker. There were a reasonable number of dishes, pots and pans. Cutlery and utensils too. There is only one ac unit in the living room so the loft and bedroom could get a bit warmer but tolerable. The beds were pretty good. The room we were in had a toilet and sink separated by a sliding door...

"The hotel staff are all friendly and excellent. Cleanliness was medium. I found some hairs in the bed which freaked me out a bit. Pool was closed one day we were there. The hot tub was same temperature as the pool, and never got heated. I was a bit upset because the parking fee was never mentioned at check in, and then I was charged $52 for parking for two nights. I understand if I have to pay for parking, but it should be mentioned at check in. So good overalll, but a few things to improve."

"The hotel was located in the village. Accommodated family of 7 nicely and had all necessary amenities. Nice balcony with view. The kids thought pool was small but it was larger than everything else we saw. Parking was underground with easy access to elevator. I really had no issues and would recommend for family with children."

"Agréable le personnel. Propreté un peu douteuse, du moins pour la balayeuse. On a retrouvé plusieurs ongles sur le tapis près du lit. Le reste, correct sans plus."

"Les murs sont très peu isolés au niveau acoustique. Les appareils d'air climatisé font un bruit d'enfer. Peu d'eau dans la douche. C'est tranquille comme endroit mais un peu cher compte tenu des inconvénients ci haut"
