"This was my third time visiting this hotel. The overall set up and maintenance of the property is good. The staff at the front has always been friendly. The staff working the bar/ restaurant could be better. I stayed two nights and the bartender the first night was amazing! He came by the pool, asked us if we wanted drinks. He would stop by often to see if needed additional drinks or other services. The second night was not that good, we spend over an hour by the second pool and not once did...

"Coco surf really outdid themselves. Me and my family took a family vacation and this place did not disappoint at all. We loved how safe we felt. We loved the cabanas the pool, the walk out to the beach. It's an absolute gem!!!! The staff from the moment we checked in was beyond excellent! So accommodating, respectful, and helpful."

"Unkept grounds, beautiful but need more maintenance. No easy access to the beach , you could see the water and beach / surfers but very rocky and unstable to get to. The room was nice but almost no water pressure. The place is beautiful and staff great but it is a local weekend pay a daily fee for all day pool access and if you don’t save your seats at pool you wouldn’t have any. But most place here are like this. I get it, it helps them sustain the place but can be frustrating for people paying...
