"The lodge may not look luxurious but the staff make sure you feel like it is. Insuring all your needs are met. The staff were amazing, first class!
All meals were a beautiful presentation and they got to know you and then catered to your tastes. He mad my husband a fresh picante sauce.

"My daughter and I enjoyed 6 nights at El Sol and felt as if we had truly discovered the “heart” of Costa Rica. The staff were friendly and there to help with anything we might need. "Be advised that the road to this amazing property is full of twists and turns which doesn't help anyone who is prone to motion sickness. Dramamine is a must! We arrived late at the property which there was a guard that pointed us to the way of the desk agent, who greeted us and helped us take our luggage to our suite. The room was cold, clean and had treats for us upon arrival as it was my birthday. Delicious chocolate ganache brownies!

"We had a wonderful stay at Los Lagos! The staff were friendly, and then complimentary breakfast was great. The hot springs are very well maintained, as is the rest of the property. Make sure to check out the trails and the viewpoint! Our only comment is that the walls are quite thin so you can easily hear what is going on in the units next to you. Depending on who your neighbours are, this could be a bit annoying. Not much they can do about this though and we would still highly recommend!"
