"Overall, the hotel was decent, but there were several issues that affected our stay. The biggest problem was that the internet was down throughout our stay, and despite the staff’s efforts, they were unable to restore the connection. "Nice property but the room was very small. We were not offered an upgrade despite being a VIP property. We’ve actually noticed that we are rarely offered upgrades especially at hotels outside of the US. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and the ambience was very nice. The property was about about a 10-15 min walk to nearby restaurants."

"Upon arrival, I got there about an hour before designated check in. My room was ready and they graciously allowed me to check in a little bit early. On top of that, they also stored luggage for two of my friends I was traveling with before they flew out later that evening at no cost. Although it’s in a more residential/business location, it is conveniently not far from the airport, and also very near a bus line that takes you directly to the center city of Cagliari.
