"Beautiful Hotel and Amazing Staff, but a Disappointing Night’s Rest
The hotel has an amazing location, the property itself is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Unfortunately, there are two reasons why I cannot give this hotel a 5-star review.
First, the shower in our room was not draining properly, leaving us with a pool of water every time we showered.
Second, and most importantly, our room appeared to be located right next to the hotel’s maintenance...

"The hotel is housed in a gorgeous building with easy safe access. The a/c in the room worked well which was a relief in the heat (none in the small common areas, ie breakfast room). I had missed that this was a dog friendly hotel (and yes, the dog who "lives" there is adorable and friendly).
Gilles is well-spoken and informed and was very helpful and available to whatever questions, directions I needed. The close access to the rocky beach was a plus and the location in general was quite...
