Clean, modern and stylish hotel, particularly we were very impressed by the restaurant, the view from our table out to the garden, and the stylish bar area. We would stay again as a comfortable pit-stop on the way to Le Mans from the UK.

A fantastic place to stay. Wonderful room, breakfast and surroundings. All added up to a perfect stay.

Booked into this hotel at the last moment because of a last minute change of plans. Only stayed one night, just wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful setting just a few minutes walk from Jumierges Abbey (go early before the day visitors arrive!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Just wish we had had enough time to use the very inviting swimming pool!

This hotel is stunning and the hotel owners are very friendly, helpful and English speaking. The communication with the hotel was fantastic. After we booked we asked for a late check as our Ferry was late afternoon and it was a two hour drive to the hotel. No problem, unfortunately our ferry was delayed 2 hours so emailed them again to inform them of a later arrival, no problem once again, they even offered to keep kitchen open for us to eat if needed and the owner even waited up for us to greet...

Ideally placed for Dieppe/Newhaven ferry. Very pleasant staff. Great food. Definitely will stay again.

A welcome stop-off en route further south in France. Unfortunately being a Sunday there was no meal available in the hotel and the only nearby ‘food supplier’ was a very crowded McDonalds.

Air conditioning not working but we were offered a 15% discount with out having to ask

Our hosts Laura and Diddier were very welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them including being patient with our poor French skills giving it a relaxed homely feel. Everything was spotlessly clean, our room had a king bed but I'm sure it's a king king bed, it's hugh! It was also extremely comfortable and all the extras were provided, dressing gown and slippers in sealed laundry bags, microwave, kettle and refrigerator. Good location safe for cars ,friendly very clean comfortable beds , queit, close to supermarket. Breakfast was good friendly and relaxed

You are effectively welcomed into the owners home. Very friendly, helpful. Good food and a good nights sleep.

Booking a second Holiday Inn Express for 2026 was a great choice. The hotel is easy to find in Rouen and made for a very comfortable stay. A big credit goes out to Fabrice who noted my Wife and Father-In-Law are disabled and allocated rooms accordingly for our party. That was much appreciated. We had rooms 014 and 114 which were found spotless and made for a comfortable nights stay. There is a bar which serves a limited menu to which the Pizzas were great and the Croque Monsieur wasn’t bad...
