"The staff were courteous. The location is great because it has a walkway to terminal 3. The room is small but not bad at all. I will highly recommend. "

"wifi was good, staff were super nice. room was big and roomy my daughter loved running around and climbing on the back of the couch. aircon was a little on the weak side but did get the room cold, it just took an hour. we did arrive at a hot time. beds were comfy, my wife wanted to take a comforter home. the shower could use a curb or door or both. the room had no cups for the coffee station and we had to ask twice for it, we waited 3 hours after first ask. it also only had 4 packets of instant coffee, 4 packets of creamer and 4 packs of brown sugar. it was a 4 guest room but thats a little light on supplies. a couple outlets were damaged and would not take plugs. if i were staying there a week it would be a little annoying with the quirks. but one night the problems seemed like nothing."
