"Its a quiet safe area. The staff and iwner qent way out of their way for me. I like not having a television. They may have in other rooms IDK. Its a quick short taxi ride in/out of Old Town. Vwry safe residential area. Big beautiful homes and yards."

"If you reserve through expedia they will want to take your credit card information on arrival or they wont let you check in. Very inconvenient silly rule. Also someone went into my room at 8:30am without knocking. When brought this up to the front desk they laugh about it. Also the staff screaming around the property since 7am woke me up"

"The Sofitel Legend in Casco Viejo is a beautiful property from the lobby right up to Ammi, the rooftop bar. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and super attentive and went the extra mile to make our stay there more enjoyable. "The staff are amazing and the cleaning staff do a super human job. They are let down by poor maintenance and lazy reactions to complaints and about maintenance issues. What a pity! The hotel is in need of major refurbishment, however they seem to be getting their revenue as an event location (parties and weddings etc) this makes for loud noise for guests and along with noisy aircon, leaking taps, etc it seems the service from their lowest paid staff carry the hotel forward.. how sad "

"This is a very nice gated country club. It has great amenities and the apartment is in excellent condition and very comfortable. We only had one issue and that was with the dryer not working, which we didn’t discover until we had already washed a load of clothes. There isn’t a lobby that is staffed at this location, and it’s not clear who to contact with issues. The “check-in” occurred at the security gate as you arrive to the country club. "First of all, Expedia has it advertised as 10 minute walk or 3 minutes from airport. Far from the truth. 17km and 35 minutes 3 tolls away. No sign anywhere on the building and very dark at night. Our Uber driver could not find it neither. We finally got out and asked. Everything is modernized. Had to find the Email to find passcodes to enter. Found a women once we entered and wanted to know how we got in. 20 minutes later and in my junk mail. The building is new, everything clean. Everything!...

She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too.
