Excellent stay. Staff, rooms, and food were excellent. We didn't fo the all inclusive option but every restaurant we tried was delicious. My 2 favorites were asiana and star fish🤔 i believe was the name of the latter; they were frying whole red snapper that was fabulous. Spa was nice also. The spa offerings have different prices for pressure so that was telling. They squeezed us in for a couples massage that was really a rub down with oil. I wasn't surprised by that given the menu. They were still a great staff and experience.

Rooms were great! A/C felt AMAZING! Staff SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY! FOOD AMAZING! There was literally nothing we ate that we did not love! We added the Premium all inclusive package when we arrived for a great price! We ate at all the restaurants, buffets and had top shelf liquor ! I would for sure stay here again!

We had an amazing family vacation. Especial mention for very exceptional people such as Franklin who is the best taxi driver and tour guy that you can get and Maria, who provides a personalized customer service in the buffet. They made our vacation unforgettable. They definitely upgrade any experience.

The room was great cleaning service excellent, breakfast at the Pacifica there was never enough food out and the food was always cold. My biggest issue was the day we checked in, I had to go to the front desk almost a dozen times over the span of 4 days because our keys would stop working, the front desk opened up a trouble ticket but to be stuck on elevator going back and fourth because our keys won’t work is ridiculous and something should of been done about it

I loved my room, but they had to move me to another, because the 1st one they gave me had a bad water leak, but the next room was perfect, spacious, and comfortable, i was very happy.

The staff is exceptional! From the room maids, to the staff at the restaurants, to the bar tenders, to the room service, to the pool guys - 5 star service!! The rooms and entire facility was always clean and modern! Be sure to rent a car if you don't get all-inclusive! Only advice is to have more activities engaging the people that want a bit of a "party" atmosphere during the day!
