"Melissa, one of the receptionist was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, she even walked us outside and showed us how to use the bus kiosk. There was a gentleman that worked the evening shift who was very nice as well. My biggest complaint was with the inability to use a microwave. I advised the staff that I needed a microwave to warm formula/milk and was told the hotel didn’t have a microwave. Additionally I was told to complain about to corporate, but they won’t listen. "

On a couple of occasions, we had a bowl of freshly picked strawberries waiting for us in our room. There was always a treat waiting for us. We walked everywhere from the hotel as it is well situated on Le Crueset Blvd. Would definitely stay here again. Au Revoir Cannes!"
