"Clean room, walkable location"

"Really cute apartment. Quick Uber ride to the old Quebec. Grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance. Underground parking for $25 a day, a bit expensive but very hand. I had some questions before our stay, they were very responsive and quick. Theres no elevator tho, for those that cant do stairs. Overall, great stay. "

"No concierge, pay attention to your email communication with staff. They send all the access codes and stay details. Overall, very nice place to stay at. Affordable, near Laval University. "

"The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic. But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. I live in Toronto so not a stranger to homelessness and don’t live in a bubble - but the degree of problem here is still quite the shock. If you identify as visible minority please consider other...
