"Booked months ahead of time and requested a room on the first floor. When I checked in they had none available and I was put on the 3rd floor. They had no idea I was a Hilton member and when they confirmed that I was they didn't give me the welcome gift. Also the pool was being repaired so we could not use it. Staff was friendly at check in but not efficient. Room was very clean and had great AC. Good place to stay with a great location. Maybe staff was just off that day."

But I had a last-minute change on my side that I needed 2 beds instead of 1 king size and the staff did not have a courtesy of helping, I was willing to pay for an upgrade, but they could not help at all, the hotel was not even full at its capacity. Poor customer service because I booked the hotel through Expedia."

Pet space is only 12-15 feet by 15-20 feet with a tree in the middle, which is way way too small especially given no grass elsewhere and the dog area is overgrown and unmowed. "Something went wrong with the air conditioner, and I woke up in the entire room was soaking wet never touched the air conditioner. I don’t know what setting it was supposed to be on. It was the setting they put it on, but I woke up soaking wet, went downstairs ass for help. They offered me more towels to clean up all the water on the floor. That’s not really what I was looking for didn’t sleep half the night because I was soaking wet in my bed."

"We were not notified that this property is a transitional place for homeless going into a new apartment and some of the people staying at the hotel were pretty sketchy. When we would go out to the pool as paying guests, all of these people would be out there with their many kids and the guest couldn’t even enjoy being out there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Their rooms were filthy and the room smelled musty."
