Over an hour later I had to go back to the same person and the front desk and ask again. Poor amenities and service. Hotel was dirty from construction. Worst experience ever at a Residence Inn and there was no price adjustment. It should have been closed. "

"I couldn’t even try the breakfast after the unsanitary experience I had during my stay. The floor was so wet and unsafe to move around due to “humidity” that they had to move me to a different room. The light switch in the new room was not working. There a was a brown stain on the bedsheet and to make things WORSE,,, I woke up with a COCKROACH crawling on my arm in the morning. I documented and reported each incident to the staff and asked for the manager to address the horrible experience,...

"No breakfast. Carpet in rooms very dirty, old towels that looked like they were dirty, toilet had to flush ar least 3 times. No ice machine, no TV service was down. Would not recommend this hotel at all. "
