"The hotel itself looked nice and overall clean. I frequently saw staff walking around maintaining the space, which I appreciated. The beds and crib were clean with fresh white sheets, which was a plus. However, the bathroom did not feel as clean—it felt like a completely different space. While packing up to leave, I noticed what appeared to be rodent droppings on the plastic cups provided for rinsing, which was very concerning.
The food was good, and the bar was well-equipped. That said, the service did not meet my expectations. The staff were not as friendly or welcoming as I’ve experienced at other hotels. During meals, both waiters we had were noticeably less attentive to our table compared to others, which stood out. It also took a long time for food to come out, which could be frustrating if you’re on a tighter schedule.
The room was not very toddler-friendly, as there were many breakable items, which made it stressful while staying with two young children.
Overall, the property is nice, but the hospitality fell short for me."
