"The hotel itself looked nice and overall clean. I frequently saw staff walking around maintaining the space, which I appreciated. The beds and crib were clean with fresh white sheets, which was a plus. However, the bathroom did not feel as clean—it felt like a completely different space. While packing up to leave, I noticed what appeared to be rodent droppings on the plastic cups provided for rinsing, which was very concerning. The food was good, and the bar was well-equipped. That said, the service did not meet my expectations. The staff were not as friendly or welcoming as I’ve experienced at other hotels. During meals, both waiters we had were noticeably less attentive to our table compared to others, which stood out. It also took a long time for food to come out, which could be frustrating if you’re on a tighter schedule. The room was not very toddler-friendly, as there were many breakable items, which made it stressful while staying with two young children. Overall, the property is nice, but the hospitality fell short for me."

"We stay here often because we love their pool and it is very convenient to the airport. They say they include breakfast which has always been mediocre at best but this time there was only cookies and coffee. The beds are not too comfortable and the air conditioner did not work properly. It would only stay on 19° which was too cold for the one very flimsy bed cover."

"As always is great stay at the Sheraton Presidente- great location , tons of food choices and bars near by. However I feel that is time to renovate the in-house bar and their dinner menu is not as varied as I would liked but the personnel is the best from the valet , cleaning ladies, waitresses and front desk and that is why I continue to comeback!"
