"My room was never cleaned after check in till I checked out. A gentleman at the reception was very rude on first day of stay. Look for bilingual staff to manage the reception. "

"Beautiful location - away from the hustle and bustle but yet close to the Geneva Airport. The staff was amazing and the restaurant was one of our favorites from our entire 9 day trip. The room was small but comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. "
