"What a fun and fabulous hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and bilingual, which was wonderful since my Spanish is a bit rusty. The location makes it easy to access all the sites in the historical part of the city. The old buildings and tunnels to access various parts of the hotel were stunning. The room was comfortable and updated with a spa shower. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sevilla."

"Very convenient to the port, busses, train, sights, etc. Took the train from Paris and it was an easy walk from the station. Great bed and air conditioning. Plenty of space."

"De kamer op de vierde verdieping met terras is prima en ruim. Je kan na de drukte van de stad in je kamer tot rust komen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en laten je met rust. Het ontbijt is ruim van keuze. De ligging vinden wij goed, niet ver voor allerlei bezienswaardigheden en restaurants, en toch wel wat uit het drukke centrum. Het hotel was netjes, eens je de inkom aan de achterzijde voorbij bent kom je in een heel andere positieve sfeer."

"Was upgraded to a newly refurbished partial port view room. Staff were efficient but not very warm had to ask for a printed map. Buffet breakfast was expensive better value to head to lovely square the road behind the hotel which offered lots of options. Hotel was a very convenient location and would stay there again. "

"We were very happy with our stay here. We arrived a little early and the staff was happy to store our luggage until we could check in. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. They said they were very full, so we had an upgraded room. We loved the balcony and enjoyed going out and relaxing on it. It was an unexpected bonus! We had the breakfast and it was very good, although if I had 1 critique, the hot items could have been warmer. But we still enjoyed it. Everything was very clean...

"Staff is so helpful, charming , TRULY. Location is perfect, chose with a port-side view, well worth it, to look onto the gorgeous old port of Marseille. Yes, the series of initial stairs to climb to the lobby is typical of old Europe, but the staff had immediately warned us as soon as we had made our reservations. Friends in Marseille had recommended the hotel as reasonably priced with excellent staff & rooms, and they were right. Merci encore a l’equipe a la reception de l’hôtel!!"

"Great location, especially if going to watch football as the Orange Velodrome is just a few mins walk away. There is a metro station a stone's throw from the hotel and also bus services too so ideal base for visiting the area. Breakfast really good too. I'd definitely stay again. "
