"Parking was fine. Hard boiled eggs and english muffins for breakfast were good. There was too much liquid in oatmeal for my taste ( at 7am).
I appreciated the refrigerator, the microwave and the Keurig coffee machine in the room."

"Didn’t wake up in time for breakfast the rooms were very clean and absolutely decent. Staff is incredibly nice. It was our first time staying here and we enjoyed it. definitely will be our go to next time we’re in town. We enjoyed the swimming pool. It was perfect for beginners so my children had an advantage at that. "

"It was convenient to Durango activities, Pool was good, hot tub was broken, work out room was a joke, faucet in room was about to fall off the sink, and whoever painted this place must have been drunk and painted it with a mop or broom.
Not likely to go back to this place but it was all that was left over late."

"The General Palmer Hotel is a special historic hotel. Beautiful and comfortable in all areas. A few things that would make this hotel excellent would be in-room coffee, complimentary water bottles in room, and more or brighter lighting in the rooms. There was not a smart tv in the room but for us it was a minor issue. Beds were very comfortable and the decor matched the feel of the historic hotel. "
