"Room was pleasant but kitchen lacked some basic amenities. No real oven, just a giant toaster oven which really didn't cook anything. Location is not great as the place is very remote. Lo"
"Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, the best pork i have eaten while in Spain, the room was basic but clean, there was some excessive noise after midnight as our room was opposite the bar & restaurant but we still enjoyed our 2 night stay."
"Hotels.com provides incorrect GPS location. Found the solution via customer reviews. To look for Villa Casa Alta. The farm situated on a hill, the view is amazing. "
"Nice comfortable property with available free parking. Room was quiet. Has a nice restaurant attached with a good menu. Has a full 50 m swimming pool that would be very good in hotter weather."
"I travelled with my elderly parents. I was I formed that English was spoken. It was not. I believed we had breakfast included. It was not. Nor was it even an option. My parents needed to rest and eat at certain times. The lack of breakfast made this challenging and exhausting. Hotels.com advertised and took my booking fraudulently. Furthermore, when I looked for customer services or a complaints procedure it was not available. I wi"
"The grounds of this property are beautiful and well kept. I felt like there could have been more information provided about the history of the buildings and location. The room was clean and decent but there was only one outlet on each side of the bed which had the bedside lamps plugged in so you had to choose between charging devices or a lamp (not the end of the world) the breakfast was lovely and we ate at the restaurant one of our two nights . The food was decent but not anything special. The location of the hotel is gorgeous and so much to do within a 10-15 minute drive.
My only true complaint would be that the mattress was old and uncomfortable. If they upgrade that and possibly open a bar/lounge in the area they have appointed for it, as well as upgrade their existing food choices for the restaurant it would be a special place.
Definitely not disappointed with my stay"
"We were there during Holy Week. Staff was stressed. Our room hasn't cleaned during our stay. The Via Verde is awsome, but the hotel is a locals type place "
