"Excellent service, the staff was so nice and helpful"

"This resort is amazing! Beautiful and clean! The staff is amazing! We can’t wait to go back! We will recommend to to everyone!"

"We just returned from our wonderful stay at the secret La Romana resort. We went with two other couples. We all had a fantastic relaxing time. We got the preferred package when we arrived at the hotel instead of booking it through Expedia, which was cheaper. Everything was immaculate and everywhere we went. The staff was constantly cleaning. The food we had was delicious, they have a variety of restaurants with different themes. We had some picky eaters too, and they said the food was great as...

"Excelente!"

"The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again."

"They had a nice breakfast. The rooms were nice"

"Did not stay - the room was dusty and lots of humidity. Allergies acted up a soon as we walked in"

"El personal super amable, en especial Link, nos ayudó incluso a conseguir tours. Te ofrecen café de cortesía todas las mañanas y el hotel está muy cerca del muelle. Es muy tranquilo el lugar, vale la pena si buscas algo sencillo para relajarte"

"Great service good location!"

"Todo perfecto"

"Had an excellent one night stay. Nice view of ocean and Catalina Island. Frank is a very good host and always attentive. Nice clean room with everything you need for your comfort. We enjoyed every minute of our stay with great conversations of life experiences with Frank. Would definitely stay again and enjoy a good wine next time. thank you Frank."
