"I enjoyed a 5 night break at Sands. A little apprehensive due to several negative reviews however my experience was very positive. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need including full fridge freezer and dishwasher. The entire complex is very clean and is thoughtfully laid out. I enjoyed the lane swimming and the surrounding area is perfect for running. I also used the gym several times. Shops and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. "There is much I like about his hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and I also like the scale of the hotel which is colossal. I also enjoy the breakfast and dinner buffet and have never been stuck for something to eat. The location is set around a 20 min walk back from the beach front which again I quite like as it's quieter and more tranquil. "Nice hotel in a great spot . Beachfront location with bars shops a plenty within easy walking distance . Very busy so you have to be ready by 9am to get a sunbed you want or you will miss out . Food wasnt the best . Rooms are nice , modern . We had a suite which had an extra little lounge area with a sofa , tv . Overall personal score 7/10 "
