"I have nothing bad to say about this place, and I am so glad we chose this place! We stayed here for two nights with our teens during our trip. Everything was wonderful from the location, cleanliness, the amenities, well-equipped kitchen, and daily housekeeping (this is a rare service after Covid!). The host lady- I didnt get her name sadly - was very kind. The AC worked great kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The elevator was out of service during our stay. So...

"Not only was the room clean there were several extra amenities I’ve never had anywhere else. A welcome bottle of wine, clothing detergent if you wanted wash clothes in your room and place to hang dry, fresh lemons in the common area, wine and bottle openers, etc etc. Couldn’t ask for better hosts and great communication. The location is also perfect. Extremely close to the train station and the beginning of the corso. Highly recommended."

"Great location , only between 8 to 10min walk to old center and to train station to go to Cinque Terre. Quiet, comfortable. And the host is super nice and helpful, giving tips and a map to know how to navigate in the city."

"Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene e il soggiorno è stato piacevole. La struttura è pulita e il personale è stato disponibile. L’unica piccola cosa da segnalare è che l’armadio aveva un leggero odore di muffa. Per il resto è stato tutto ottimo."

"Accommodation was central, clean and well maintained. Martina provided great communication and check in. There is no parking but we parked at Europa Car Park which cost us 18 Euro per day, it was more secure and better maintained then the train station parking lot. The room was just like the photos, and we could walk across the road for dinner/breakfast, great location! Thank you!"

"El hotel es pequeño y acogedor, esta esta muy cerca de la estación de tren, su personal muy gentil y profesional, recomiendo este lindo lugar. Los desayunos complementarios son basicos, pero al no costar extra, no hay quejas"

"A localização realmente é muito boa! Ao lado da estação que leva as 5terres, e aí lado de uma rua cheia de bares e restaurantes. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, e estava limpo. Se você está de carro, como nós estávamos não recomendo essa acomodação, o estacionamento custa 1 euro por hora, o que deixa a acomodação bem cara! Optamos pelo café da manhã, tinha o básico, cafe, pão, biscoito e suco. "

"Lovely room, great location right in central La Spezia, and easy access into Cinque Terre. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and available at all times to answer any questions, would highly recommend!"

"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."

"Lovely room in really central area, had everything as described. The one negative was noise from upstairs apartment and when next door came and went doors hard to do quietly. Wouldn't put us off staying again though. Check in was all through what's app and simple."
