Hello there, thanks for your feedback, glad you appreciated your stay here! About the lift, we do have other accomodations coming wiht a lift, for anyone interested. Besides, your accomomations, as you say, it is on the first floor, it is only a few steps up. Hope this can be helpful to anyone else, thanks once more!

The reviews are meant to be used to give an opinion on an accomodation one has used, which is not your case. As you know, in your case system errore occured, during, btw, a critical moment of the season, and you could not stay here: we're sorry you blame us for that, it actually doesn't make any sense.
