"Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. "Great hotel with view and excellent breakfast. Facilities like the pool could not be used as the pool was dirty. There is a sauna that is good. The beds were comfortable howevr shower area needs maintenance and so does some of the woodwork around thewindows.staff were attentive and helpful. Very close by car to the town of Villa Angostura "
