Everything was great but the room did get pretty hot and thermometer did not really work. Amenities great but just room temperature was challenging.

The staff were very attentive. The hotel is located at a quiet street which I like, quiet but not like in a dark alley or on a scary street. It is a safe neighbourhood and there is bus stop and tram stop nearby.The room and bathroom were spacious compared to most hotels I have stayed in Europe

The room was perfect! The staff went above & beyond our expectations! Francesco from concierge was always there to help with everything & even helped us navigate Firenze so well to the best of his abilities!! I will definitely come back someday with my own family to Firenze & especially to Starhotels ...
