"Cleanliness and friendly staff. The location is superb for access to metro, restaurants and shopping. The only distress is a night club in front that brought some noise and rough crowds at elevated hours of night. The city of Milan should forbid this late night clubs in favor of tourism and help hotel and service industry survive. You can’t have it both ways dear politicians!"

"We stayed here twice during our Italy vacation. It’s very conveniently located, walking distance from the station, 20/30 min to the Duomo. There is a beautiful park 3 min away, called Parco Biblioteca degli Alberi , mini market right across the hotel and plenty of caffes and restaurants around. Hotel was clean, breakfast buffet was plenty and super nice staff."

"Quiet, clean, basic hotel close to the train station, Milan Centrale. We chose it for the location since we arrived by train. Short taxi or Metro ride to Duomo etc. Malpensa airport is an hour away but there is an express train at Milan Centrale. Breakfast is available for 15euro but we ate at one of the many restaurants in the area. We stayed 2 nights & it worked well for us."

"Amazing spa on site and you get 20% discount if you’re staying in the hotel. Shame the bar never seemed to be open. Would have been nice to have a drink there before going out and/or after coming home. Staff very nice and very helpful! 5 stars. If you’re wanting to visit Duomo. Be prepared to walk a lot. Takes about 30 minutes to walk. When it’s hot it’s quite a taxing walk. Especially if you’re sight seeing and doing a lot of walking around museums, the cathedral etc. maybe worth a taxi...
