"We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area."

"The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. "

"The place was adequate for the price in the Newport area. It is close to Newport The room was clean , but very 1970s. The office doesn't open until after 10AM. There was a coffee maker in the office, but I had to drive to Dunkins,down the road to ge5 coffee in the morning. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice the refrigerator and microwave were a plus."

"The property is basically set up for weddings and large events and they don't have any considerations for hotels guests. The 2 nights that we stayed the restaurant and bar were closed due to a wedding and another event and no other place to eat or drink in the hotel not to mention the parties and music were loud and we couldn't sleep. The hotel is also waterfront and the seating area by the water were not available for hotels guest as well. If we would've known this at time of booking we...

"The room was nice, But no blackout shades very bright at night, the mini fridge was super loud and froze everything we had in it, The Hair dryer was broken but they supplied us with another one and the bed was too soft and uncomfortable, It had excellent parking and it was convenient for the hiking we were doing in the area."

"hardwood floor was gritty, seemed to be swept rather than vacuumed or mopped. bathroom toilet had a loose seat and the toilet fixture was in an odd position relative to the walls(crooked, not square to the walls). the tub had patches of caulking, and the sink was draining slowly) this particular room had a second door to the interior hallway which was not capable to be locked to the lockset."

"Absolutely loved this Inn. Will 100% stay here again one day. Young man at the front desk was very nice, gave us a lot of great recommendations. The tea time was perfect, I didn’t even realize that was part of the stay when we booked. And we did not make it to breakfast but everything smelled amazing. You can’t necessarily hear into the next room, but the rooms are very small. If you’re looking for a hotel style room this is not it for you. We loved it!"

"We should have heeded the sign in the lobby that said if you were unhappy with your room, to please let them know within 15 minutes to avoid being charged. The front desk person was friendly, that was really the only good thing. The room was not well-cleaned. The fridge had a huge sticky stain. We bought clorox wipes to disinfect it ourselves because the housekeeping staff seemed disengaged and smelled like smoke very strongly. The common areas also smelled like smoke.
