"The room was not very clean there was hair in the bed and on floor in the bathroom. We were afraid that having them put other sheets on would have the same experience. "

The quality of the buffet breakfast and happy hour seems to have slipped as well, and no longer seems like the perk it once did. The staff is always gracious and helpful, but I don't think they have enough to keep up with the size of the place. "

"Room 114 very low shower water pressure. There was machine noise from something outside the room, very close to the room at night while I was trying to fall asleep. Do not appreciate the attitude from the female at the checkout desk when I brought the issue to her next morning."

It was everything I could ask for and then some! My days were spent in a local hospital while my mom had surgery. Coming back to the hotel was like coming home. It was comfortable and peaceful.
