"Excellent experience"

"The room and the staff were amazing. Took a little long to check in since there was only one person working the front desk."

"The property was close to all of the fun spots. The staff was amazing, especially Norris! We enjoyed the complementary snacks and water daily. Just perfect!"

"Loved this hotel! Great location! Plus the cafe and restaurant attached were both delicious!! The concierge was fantastic and got us in for a delicious Italian dinner at a local restaurant the night of our arrival."

"Absolutely loved our stay. Good places to eat around and shop. Will def stay here again."

"The only problem is the parking but you just add $60 to your budget the. The rest is excellent, well located, nice and clean comfortable beds"

"A perfect and convenient spot in the heart of the back bay."

"Not an amazing experience. My son studies in Cambridge so we travel quite often to Boston and usually stay at the Four Seasons in Dalton. Idk the room was clean but otherwise everything else was okay but not spectacular."

Which is fine, but the menu is unique and not going to be a place for the picky eaters. The avocado toast is toast with avocado on it served with a side of cold hard boiled eggs. Room was clean and nice view of airport. Staff was decent but not overly helpful. If you are visiting TD Garden this is an excellent location, but...
