"The hotel staff were great. Kind and friendly and most spoke English, so that was very helpful for me. The room was great. Only complaint was the shower doors were grinding on the floor when opening and closing, so it made a loud screetch everytime. My view from the room was spectacular. There are some bars and restaurants close by. I felt safe the whole time walking alone at night, but it is through some dark and dirty streets with the homeless around. "This hotel is a suburban place but close enough to the city centre and most things worth seeing. Our room was quite large, a fully furnished apartment, fairly quiet. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast cafe offered a good choice. We were very happy there, thank you."

"2 days before check in ( I stayed in the Colbert , very recommended and a lot cheaper ) I checked if the room would be ready upon ma arrival day . Arriving in the room : empty minibar , no bottle of water in the room , no water heater to prepare tea ( was promised , like a welcome drink ). No breakfast include . The above is not a problem at all , but paying 105 Euro ( Hotel Colbert was 67 incl. a super breakfast and all spa facilities ). I would not recommend this hotel without any facility...
