"Premièrement, pas de personnel à la réception j’ai du appeler pour savoir le numéro de ma chambre… j’avais une boite code pour ma clé….. pour les commodités genre spa…. Fermé aucun personnel du lundi au mercredi inclusivement…. Pour la douche…. L’eau était tiède et cela a pris beaucoup de temps avant de passer de froide à tiède… Serviette de bain et de main…. Qualité médiocre. Point positif…. La chambre très propre."

"They upgraded our room which was nice, very comfortable and clean hotel. We loved the cold plunge, hot tub and pool area as well. Couldn’t be a better location- at the top of the village and right beside the free ski lift to make getting around the village easy!"

"I recently stayed at Le Westin in Mont-Tremblant. The property is beautiful, and my room had a great view. The hot sauna, pool, and jacuzzi are nice amenities. However, I cut my leg on an exposed corner of the jacuzzi. I reported it, but it wasn’t covered the next day. Despite the injury happening on their property, no manager or director ever followed up or apologized. The management’s lack of response was extremely disappointing. I also found my Bonvoy stay wasn’t recorded, and construction...

"Room was spacious and nice. Location was great. Room service did not vacuum and floor needed it. "

"Arrived at 3:15 pm after a long drive and would let us in the room she did the check in and asked to come back at 4:30 and then the other clerk had to start all over again sating not enough room, giving us the poorest, no safe in the room, all dirty behinde the sofa , kleenex box half empty. Only one elevator is functioning and shirt of pool towels they say they didn't get any that day.😔"

"The pilot light was on in our fireplace suite 305. The fireplace glass was warm to touch. This could be turned off by the hotel till fireplaces are needed in late Fall or ski season. This brought more heat into our suite and the whole building unnecessarily. Other than that a nice place to stay at Tremblant Village. Only a 2 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. We didn't use the facilities like the pool or hot tub. Short walk to shaded paths around Lac Miroir and viewing points of Lac...
