"Très bon accueil chaleureux. Excellente table. Tranquillité."

"L'hôtel est un tres bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont propres et suffisamment grandes. Le petit déjeuner est tres bien, varié et avec de très bons produits ,un garage est proposé gracieusement pour les motards et toujours avec le sourire . Je recommande absolument cet établissement"

"Angenehmer Aufenthalt, Platz für Motorräder, nacht aufgrund der Lage recht laut."

"The GuestHouse was a unique and wonderful place. We had small kitchen/dining area and a lovely bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs there was a place to make breakfast and coffee. There is a nice bakery across the street, too. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"This hotel is amazing. It is about 20 minutes from Neuchatel at the bottom of a gorge by a river. The location is peaceful and scenic. The staff here are superbly hospitable. The room was very spacious and clean with a big bathroom. If you are wondering about the lack of curtains (there are net curtains), you need to use the shutters which are very effective. Our evening meal was delicious and the service excellent. Breakfast was continental style with meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, jam,...

"Tout etait bien sauf la déception de voir qu'il n y avait pas de climatisation dans la chambre alors que précisé sur le site. J'avais réservé sur ce critère au vu de la canicule !!"

"We spent a fantastic weekend at Petit Hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean. The sauna and Haman were comfortable. I was very satisfied to have such a relax time there."

"Newly renovated with very nice style."

"Bio-Hotel zum Wohlfühlen mit tollem Ausblick"

"Simply wonderful experience. The Grand Hotel is family owned and almost everyone participates. They are at the front counter one day and serving you food at the hotel restaurant that evening. The hotel is based on providing a wonderful spa experience. The minuses; we didn't have a car and the hotel is way to far above the...

"Alles super."

"Rooms were comfortable Breakfast was a cold continental breakfast Close to the town. Was a great place for an overnight"

"We loved our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful. I would stay there again."

"I stayed at the new Annex so everything is nice and Zen. There are no toiletries so please take note. It is really just opposite of Neuchatel station separated by a small road. If I were to nickpick, I hope that they can rotate at least one of the dishes at breakfast. I stayed facing the river. Oh, it has air conditioning that works how you want it to be so it will be great for Summer."

"Location is super to reach everything on foot, staff very friendly and helpful"

"Lovely stay, everything was great. Only one thing I'd recommend and that is changing the location of the trash can outside (which is right by the entrance of the hotel) as it's quite smelly, especially during these hot days we're having! Merci beaucoup."
