There is also no reception in the area so normal phones do not work so you can’t call the number. Fortunately we found a neighbour who allowed us to use their WiFi. ..."

"Toilet was dirty when we entered the room. Had to ask for the pan to be completely cleaned. Room 44 was very noisy, constant sound of flowing water. Bed sheet had dirty marks once we pulled back the duvet at night. Staff very good, but let down by the basics"
