"Room was nice and big beds- facilities looked a bit dull and in need of renovation. There was a no-pet policy, however, there was a dog barking for hours close to our room. The tv in the room was extremely tiny but did its job. No major complaints, my family and I slept good and there are breakfast restaurants close by. Good location"

"The room was filthy. The tub was missing a plug, dirty walls, dirty fridge, stains on sheets, microwave was even dirty. They did a bad patch on the bathtub. There were dead bugs everywhere too. I wouldn't recommend this place to even my worst enemy. I felt unsafe. I heard my neighbors screaming for hours. I almost called the cops."

"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "

"This is my second time staying here and I’m always pleasantly surprised. The only thing I will mention is that I was out of my room from 7am-3pm visiting family. Within that time room service came and collected my dirty towels but didn’t replace them with new ones or change trash/ stock tissue and toilet paper. I was able to go to the front desk and ask for more towels though. Other than that the room was clean besides a few areas of dust on the lamp/dresser. There’s always parking available...

"Paid 200 bucks for room with jetted tub and it did not work. Long hair was on counter clearly not mine.dead bug in the regular tub room definitely wasnt properly cleaned "

"Dirties place ever, the towels looks like a mechanic cleaned the hand before placing the towels in the bathroom, everything was dirty. Will never stay at any of their hotels. Very disappointed "
